UC Davis STS hosted a discussion for faculty and students eager to ask Prof. Con Diaz about his experiences preparing for and writing his book 'Software Rights'. Prof. Con Diaz spoke about his approach towards his interlocutors and the delicacies of dealing with divergent ideas of the history of software. Katherine Buse and Sam Pizelo, both PhD students attached to STS, presented Prof. Con Diaz with a cake in the shape of his book and guests were able to share and enjoy it as part of a small party to celebrate.
